Mashable, the go-to Web site for social media news and information is seeking nominations for it’s “Open Web Awards,” recognizing people in various categories of bloggers and social media users. Among the top people nominated in THREE categories is Wilmington’s own >Hilarie Burton. She’s nominated in the “Best Actor/Actress to Follow,” “Best Celebrity to Follow,” and “Most Inspiring,” categories. You know her as a former star of One Tree Hill, filmed here, and for launching her own production company earlier this year.
